Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 10-14 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic this has caused delays in delivery with USPS please allow an extra 7 business days for delivery once tracking number has been provided. |
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
A Queen with Purpose, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S. only. If outside of the U.S. please email directly at hello@aqueenwithpurpose.com
No delivers will be made to P.O. Boxes. |
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
All orders are shipped with USPS, flat rate shipping.
Damages
A Queen with Purpose, LLC is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact A Queen with Purpose, LLC at hello@aqueenwithpurpose.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address has been provided at checkout, A Queen with Purpose is not responsible for delayed delivery and/or lost/stolen packages. It is up to you the customer to verify all information entered at the time of ordering.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. If International Shipping is needed, please contact us at hello@aqueenwithpurpose.com before placing an order.
